I was having fun until some of the workers want to make smart comments about me and my nephew I don’t appreciate it one bit
Not a good experience and I hope that the other trampoline park opens in its new location soon, as it is much better!
P.S. Bring change if you want to use the lockers. And the sky zone socks are required- $2 a pair.
We were there for a birthday party. The kids had fun, it was very unstructured, I wish they had been guided more as a group. But, overall, it was good for a party. The price is just too high for a regular outing.
If you have kids under 5 it's great, otherwise their new policies prevent you from playing with your child.
We attended Sky Zone, since our usual favorite trampoline park is closed because it is moving locations. Firstly, the parking is awful...the parking lot is not circular, so if you get to the end and can't find a spot, you have to do a multi-point turn to try to turn around to go back the other way. Then, we had purchased tickets the day before for a set time frame, which they have a set amount of slots open. The place was packed and it was obvious that they over booked, as we had to spend half of our time there waiting in lines. Lastly, I went with my 13 year old daughter. We were spending the day together and were looking to spend some time jumping together. However, this was not possible, as they separate by age. She was in a different section than I was. I understand that they need to follow safety precautions, but maybe, then, they should have sections for people who want to do flips or whatever, as my daughter and I don't aggressively jump and we only differ in size by 35 pounds.
The place is clean and a fun place for the kids which is good.
BUT their policies and selective enforcement of the policies need a lot of work.
This place does offer more activities than the other trampoline park nearby, but that just means less actual trampolines, which also means lines waiting for them.
Expensive but my kids had fun trying the warped wall, ninja course, dodgeball pit and trampolines. You must purchase sjy zone socks to jump which brings the price after tax to $20 per person for just an hour. That is pretty steep.
The big problem is that they do an excellent job of policing their "you can't play with your kids policy" but when it comes to the rule that children must stay on their own trampoline, not run around, and not interfere with others they can't be bothered to enforce that. The whole time my 5 year old was in the open jump area there were three kids running around, jumping on other kids' trampolines, knocking some down, and generally be a nuisance. The attendant did tell them "you can't run in here, stay on your own trampoline" over and over again which the kids just ignored. So it would appear that the rules only apply to those who choose to follow them. I'll be spending my family entertainment dollars elsewhere going forward.
Their policy separates children by age which is good. But it also prevents parents from being near their children over the age of 4. Since my son is 5 I was not allowed to be with him while he jumped, which is the whole point of going in the first place, so I see no need to return.
